All new potential recruits are judged solely on ability, experience, skills and suitability to the advertised roles and the directors seek to employ individuals who have the best available skill set irrespective of age.

To achieve our commitment we will:

  • ensure that our recruitment procedures, pay and terms and conditions of employment are age neutral and do not disadvantage particular age groups

  • offer employees the option to remain in their post beyond the age of 65 years
  • Where possible, look to creating opportunities for younger staff where the skills required for the post may not yet be available, but internal training will provide the required new skills.
