Our service also includes the complete management from start to finish, overseeing the implementation of your exhibition, liaising with exhibition organisers, ordering exhibition services and co-ordinating 3rd party contractors. We can even organise your travel arrangements and book hotel rooms.

integrated marketing support

To increase the effectiveness of your exhibition, Piranha offers the full marketing support package. We can design, produce and supply all pre-show and at-show promotional material, invitations, mailers, data-capture forms and general exhibition material. We will help you in your management of space and can advise on stand selection, budgeting, booking of all utilities required and team training for exhibitions.

Rental service

For low budget and one off exhibitions we provide a rental service on exhibition hardware including mobile systems and pop up stands. We will also arrange all rental of furniture, carpets, phone systems and electrics for you.

installation & asset management

For larger exhibitions, Piranha provide and installation and dismantle service. By linking into a worldwide distributor network and hire centres located globally, your total exhibition requirements can be handled anywhere in the world.

We can securely store your exhibition stand and equipment, arrange delivery and collection to venues, inspect, maintain and refurbish between events. We will also regularly review your exhibition to keep it up to date visually and in terms of the equipment used.
